Becoming a member of our church family

When we talk about "membership" here at HCC, we're talking about becoming a member of a family

In Ephesians 2, the writer Paul says this:
"You are no longer foreigners and strangers but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone." - Ephesians 2:19-20 NIV

Members of a healthy family contribute to the good of the family; they build and create something meaningful together.

That’s our hope and prayer for you; that you would find a home here, a family to belong to, a family to journey alongside as we multiply Christ-centered communities together.

We ask those interested in becoming a member at HCC to:

  • Believe
Believe Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, respond to the Gospel and be baptized into Him by immersion.
  • Connect
Connect through consistent involvement in worship, small groups, and friendships.
  • Follow
Follow the church leadership as they follow Christ.
  • Give
Give generously (and anonymously) to support the ministry and efforts of HCC.
  • Pray
Pray fervently and consistently.
